Day 2: Backcountry Gourmet cooking with Special Guest ‘Chef’ Charlotte Austin
The food you eat while out-of- doors should be as beautiful an experience as your surroundings. For inspiration for your next backcountry dining experience, join mountain guide Charlotte Austin in this interactive brunch. Using her alpine prowess, she’ll teach participants how to cook a gourmet multi-course meal — using only tools you’d bring camping. Think: savory cinnamon buns baked to perfection over a butane stove, homemade granola with field-pressed hemp milk, summit-morning scrambled eggs, mimosas with hand-foraged brambleberries. Bring an appetite, an apron, and a sense of creativity.
