Unlike other trade shows this one is free and open to the public. The main exhibit is Half Dome Hall, a large wooden round lodge full of geodesic half domes housing larger exhibitors. The Makers Market happens outside in the main plaza for smaller exhibitors.

The application process is open to anyone.

Half Dome Hall

• Available to select brands.

• Only 7 spaces available.

• Inside a wooden-yurt lodge-styled hall with big windows.

• Each space is shaped like a slice of pie with the most narrow point meeting in the center of the round hall.

• Includes 14 foot geodesic half dome (see above photo).

• Central hang out zone in the middle of the hall connecting all the exhibits and attendees.

• Food & Drink served on the patio outside of the hall.

• Tables and chairs are included (upon request).

• $5,000 for all three event days.

More than Exhibit space: Half Dome Hall exhibitors get these extra perks:

• Includes sponsorship credit (your logo) on marketing materials (print ads, web ads, posters, videos etc...). 

• All access leather wristband to musical performances, free food & drink.

• Editorial feature in the EXPO guide book.

Maker's Market

• Only 20 spaces available.

• Two sizes: 15 feet x 10 feet or 7.5 feet x 10 feet.

• Wooden display walls that can be modified to suit different exhibitor needs.

• Listing and brand info in the EXPO guide book.

• Tables and chairs available (upon request).

• Wholesale & Direct sales.

• Outside under a large tent on the main plaza.

• $1,000 for 15 x 10 space or $500 for 7.5 x 10 space for all three event days.

Flexible Spaces

• There are a couple fun random spaces available.

• Mostly patches of grass, parking spots and walk ways. 

• If you have an exhibit concept that’s weird this is probably the space for you.
